SHIPPING & RETURNES
Orders ship out every week; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you order on a non-ship day or over a holiday weekend, your order will be slightly delayed. Allow 5-7 days for order processing.
If any item in your order is delayed or on back-order your ENTIRE parcel will be held, unless specifically notified otherwise. Allow up to 7-12 days for processing.
Cost of shipping will vary depending on your country and region. This is all automatically calculated based on carrier.
Our current package service is USPS.
We ship worldwide, however ALL international packages are subject to higher shipping costs.
Another option is getting Walt Jones shipped directly to your resort.
All that is needed is your resort information and scheduled date of arrival. We can handle the rest! The journals will be waiting at the front desk when you check in.

We are happy to help with returns and exchanges on damaged product. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
● Custom or personalized orders
● Perishable products (like food or flowers)
● Digital downloads
● Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
